All clinical outcomes depend on your individual circumstances. Emintell Hub does not guarantee any particular health outcome. Your clinician will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances.

Getting a medical certificate for a single day should not be harder than the illness itself. From $19.90, our AHPRA-registered clinicians can issue a certificate via telehealth following a real-time consultation, if deemed medically appropriate. A certificate is often available the same day, subject to clinician availability. Whether you are managing a cold, a migraine or a mental health day, the process is designed to be efficient and straightforward.

Your clinician confirms your reason for absence and, if deemed medically appropriate, issues the certificate electronically during your consultation. Depending on your circumstances, your clinician may instead offer advice, recommend a GP review or referral, or advise that no certificate is warranted. The certificate is delivered via email or your patient portal, ready to forward to your employer, university or institution. It is a legally valid document issued by an AHPRA-registered clinician and widely accepted by employers.

Individual results vary based on your individual circumstances. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. All clinical decisions, including whether a certificate is issued, are made by your treating clinician based on your personal health profile.

Please note: A medical certificate is only issued following a genuine clinical assessment. Certificates cannot be backdated. The decision to issue a certificate is at the clinician’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed as an outcome of booking this service.
