No. Emintell Hub is open to everyone. Our clinic is women-led and has a particular interest in women's health, but we welcome patients of all genders. All 14 of our telehealth services are available to everyone.
You can book online in a couple of ways. Choose a time and book directly through our online booking page, or complete a short health assessment first so your clinician can prepare for your consultation, whichever you prefer. No referral from another provider is required to get started.
We offer 14 telehealth services: Standard Telehealth Consult, After-Hours or Long Consult, Priority Consult, Repeat Prescription (eScript), Medical Certificate (Single Day), Medical Certificate (Multi-Day), Pathology Referral, Imaging Referral, Mental Health Consult, Smoking Cessation, Menopause Support, Chronic Disease Management, Doctor or Allied Health Referral, and Medical Weight Management.
Yes. Our clinicians can manage both new and repeat prescriptions, if deemed medically appropriate after a clinical assessment. Repeat prescriptions are sent as an eScript directly to your phone or email. A consultation may also result in non-prescribing outcomes such as lifestyle advice, referrals, or further diagnostic investigations.
Yes. Our clinicians can provide Pathology Referrals, Imaging Referrals (X-ray, ultrasound, or CT), and Doctor or Allied Health Referrals (including dietitians, exercise physiologists, and psychologists). Imaging, doctor and allied health referrals are included in your standard consult fee at no additional cost.
Standard Telehealth Consults are 6 to 10 minute appointments during weekday hours (from $39). After-Hours or Long Consults are for evenings, weekends, or extended appointments (from $49). Priority Consults connect you with the first available clinician (from $98).
Yes. Single-day medical certificates are available from $19 and multi-day certificates from $39. Certificates are issued during your consultation for work, study, or carer needs.
Consultations take place via secure video call from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. After booking, you will receive a link to join your appointment at the scheduled time. Your clinician will review your health history, discuss your concerns, and outline a care plan together with you.
Initial consultations generally run for 30 to 45 minutes, giving your clinician time to review your health history in detail. Follow-up consultations are typically around 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the complexity of your needs.
You will need a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable internet connection. We recommend finding a quiet, private space for your consultation so you can speak openly with your clinician.
Where possible, yes. We aim to support continuity of care by scheduling your follow-up appointments with the same clinician. If you would prefer to see a different clinician at any point, you can request a change through our team at no additional cost.

Emintell Hub consultations are private and not currently bulk-billed or covered by Medicare. Some private health funds may offer partial rebates for telehealth consultations, so we recommend checking with your insurer.
Some private health funds offer rebates for telehealth consultations. We can provide an itemised tax invoice for you to submit to your fund directly. Coverage varies between insurers, so please check with your provider for details.
No. Consultation fees are listed upfront for every service. Imaging, doctor and allied health referrals are included in your consult fee at no additional cost. Pathology referrals are either included or from $39, depending on the consultation type. Medication costs are separate and paid directly to your chosen pharmacy.
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through our booking system. Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and you receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, incur a fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee. Yes. All Emintell Hub clinicians are AHPRA-registered and practise within the full scope of Australian telehealth regulations. If a medication is prescribed, you can use any Australian pharmacy you choose.
All consultation records, messages, and health information are stored on Australian-hosted, encrypted servers. Access is restricted to your care team and yourself. We do not sell, share, or commercialise your health data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 000 immediately or attend your nearest emergency department. Emintell Hub consultations are designed for non-emergency healthcare.
Yes. Because all consultations are delivered via telehealth, Emintell Hub is accessible from every state and territory across Australia. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Yes. Our clinicians can provide Pathology Referrals and Imaging Referrals as part of your consultation. You can take these forms to any accredited collection centre or imaging provider convenient to you, including those in regional and rural areas.
With your consent, we can share consultation summaries and care plan updates with your regular GP or other treating practitioners. We are designed to work alongside your existing healthcare team, not to replace them.
