Complete your health assessment

Fill in your online health assessment and book your first appointment. Your AHPRA-registered clinician reviews your health history, current concerns and goals before the consultation begins, so your time together is focused on you, not paperwork.

Step 02

Consult with your clinician

During your real-time video consultation, your AHPRA-registered clinician listens, asks questions and completes a clinical assessment relevant to your concerns. Together, you discuss your options, which may include lifestyle changes, referrals, monitoring, or, if deemed medically appropriate, medication.

Step 03

Receive your personalised care plan

Your clinician prepares a written care plan outlining recommended next steps. This may include lifestyle guidance, referrals to allied health professionals, pathology or radiology forms, monitoring schedules, or no treatment. If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician may also issue a prescription. Your records and plan are accessible through your secure patient portal.

Step 04

Ongoing care and support

Your care does not end after one consultation. Regular follow-up video consultations, progress reviews and secure messaging between scheduled appointments keep you connected to your clinician. Secure messaging is available for non-urgent queries between video consultations. With your consent, we coordinate with your regular GP and can arrange referrals for pathology, imaging or in-person care when needed, so your whole health picture stays aligned.

Referrals and GP coordination

Specialist and allied health referrals, including dietetics, exercise physiology and psychology. With your consent, we keep your regular GP informed.

The online health assessment takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. You will answer questions about your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors and what you would like to address, all before your consultation begins.
Following your consultation, your clinician may recommend a care plan. This could include lifestyle guidance, referrals (pathology, imaging, or specialist), monitoring, or no treatment. If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician may also issue a prescription. You are free to use any pharmacy. For urgent medical matters, please contact your local emergency service or GP.
Reach out via secure messaging and your clinician will review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Care plans are designed to evolve with you, and changes between scheduled appointments are a normal part of the process.
Yes. We aim for continuity of care, but if you would prefer to see a different clinician on our team, message us and we will arrange the transfer.
We refer to accredited Australian pathology labs. You can attend whichever provider is most convenient for you, and your results flow back into your patient portal.
With your consent, we send a summary letter after each consultation and notify your GP of any significant changes to your care plan, so they maintain a complete picture of your health.
We will reach out to reschedule. If two appointments are missed without notice, we may pause your plan. No fees are charged automatically. Just let us know what is happening and we will work with you.
Your health data is never shared without your explicit consent. All information is stored on Australian-hosted, encrypted servers and is accessible only to your care team and you.
