Many health concerns arise outside business hours. We offer after-hours and extended consults during selected evenings and weekends, subject to availability, so you can see a clinician at a time that suits your schedule.

Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances.

Extended Clinical Assessment

More time with your clinician for concerns that need a longer discussion, whether that is symptom complexity, multiple issues or a care plan.

If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician can issue an eScript sent directly to your phone or email, including outside standard hours.

Referrals and Follow-Up

Where clinically appropriate, referrals for pathology, imaging, or allied health can be arranged. Follow-up appointments can be booked before your consult ends.

What to expect

What to expect from your consultation.

  1. Before Your Consult

    Complete the online intake form at your convenience. Available appointment times are shown in the booking calendar, so you can prepare when it suits you.

  2. During Your Consult

    An extended video consultation with an AHPRA-registered clinician during evening or weekend hours. You will have the time to discuss your concerns in detail.

  3. After Your Consult

    Prescriptions, referrals and certificates are sent electronically. Your consult summary is available in your patient portal, and follow-up can be booked before your consult ends.

Not every health concern can wait until Monday morning. Our after-hours and extended telehealth consults connect you with an AHPRA-registered clinician during selected evenings and weekends, subject to availability. You can book a consult at a time that suits your schedule.

These appointments are also suited to concerns that need more time. Whether you are managing multiple symptoms, discussing a complex history or working through treatment options, the extended format gives your clinician the space to discuss your concerns and develop a care plan. If a prescription is deemed medically appropriate, it is sent as an eScript directly to your phone for collection at any Australian pharmacy.

All clinical decisions are made by your treating clinician based on your personal health profile.

After-Hours Consult: Common questions

After-hours includes evening appointments on weekdays and appointments on Saturdays and Sundays. Exact availability may vary, so check the booking calendar for current time slots.
It can be. The after-hours fee also covers extended consults where your concern requires more time. Your clinician will ensure you have the time you need.
Yes. If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician will send an eScript to your phone. Your eScript can be presented at any Australian pharmacy during their operating hours.
The higher fee reflects the extended availability of our clinicians outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
